Raised by real estate agent parents with a knack for carpentry, I learned early about hard work and dedication. My three wonderful children have been my pillars, supporting me both personally and professionally. Their sacrifices and contributions have been instrumental in my journey as a business owner for over 25 years. Ali played a key role in building and managing our spa in Gainesville for a decade. Chandler, who studied aesthetics, was part of the spa team until the arrival of my two adorable grandchildren. And Garrett, my youngest, is making his mark both personally and in the Army National Guard, currently in his fourth year of service.

I've always loved doing things with my own hands and dreaming big. My journey has been all about learning new things and getting better at what I do.

It all started with becoming a certified electrologist in 1997, and then a derma technician the next year. In 2005, I added certified lash stylist to my list. For over 25 years, I ran my own spa in Gainesville, which was a real adventure. Along the way, I dived into scuba in 2016, earned my private pilot’s license to fly helicopters in 2018, and got my CDL license with an air brake endorsement in 2022.

In July 2022, I took on a new role as controller at Southern Premier Contractors, Inc. (SPC), a reputable infrastructure repair and restoration firm based in Lawrenceville, GA, led by my husband, Michael Massey. Building on this experience and with Michael's unwavering support, I founded Compass Infrastructure Technologies in February 2023 to specialize in advanced lining solutions.

I'm super excited about this new chapter and our company, Compass. We're fortunate to be powered by a team of dedicated employees with years of invaluable experience. I pray for God's enduring care for our family and Compass. May His blessings ensure the safety and joy of our employees.
